What do I do if I want to file or resolve a dispute?

What is escrow?
With escrow, clients pre-pay for the work and the funds are only released when the client has approved the work and marked the job as completed. Escrow also gives freelancers the comfort of knowing that a project is funded before they begin working.
What do I do if I feel I’m the victim of a scam?
We take security very seriously at the Jungle Market. If you think you’re the victim of a possible scam, immediately contact Customer Support at support@JungleMarket.com and our friendly customer support team will be happy to look into the matter immedietely.
How are my credit card details protected?
The Jungle Market does not store or process any credit card information. All credit card information is handled by Stripe, our payment gateway. Because of this, PCI-compliance is not directly applicable to Jungle Market. Stripe is fully PCI-compliant and a trusted payment processor.
Why do I need to provide my SSN to collect funds?
Stripe, requires that a SSN is inputted as a standard security protocol. Any organization that sends funds to individuals / businesses is required to collect and verify information about people. To perform these checks, Stripe needs to gather certain information so they can verify your identity.
What are some tips for success?
Create a unique and complex password for your account. Read reviews and message the freelancer before completing your purchase. When ordering from a freelancer make sure it’s done through the JungleMarket.com. Only mark orders as “completed” once they’re actually finished.
